These terms govern your use of Lifebook. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Using Lifebook
Lifebook is a personal journaling and memory app. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the content you create, upload, or share.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Lifebook. Do not create an account or use the service if you are under that age.
Your content
You keep ownership of your journal entries, photos, audio, videos, captions, and other content. You grant Lifebook the limited permission needed to store, process, display, transcribe, summarize, sync, and share your content according to the features you choose to use.
Private and shared content
Some lifebook features allow sharing with friends or creating shared moments. Only share content you have the right to share, and be thoughtful when content includes other people. Lifebook cannot control copies that recipients save or content you export outside the app.
AI-assisted features
Lifebook may use AI-assisted features to transcribe voice entries, create summaries, generate chapters, suggest reactions, or provide reflective insights. AI output can be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. Please review important content yourself.
Health, safety, and emergencies
Lifebook is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Subscriptions and purchases
If Lifebook offers paid subscriptions or digital purchases, they will be presented in the app and may be billed through Apple App Store or Google Play where required, or another disclosed payment provider where permitted. Store refund, renewal, and cancellation rules may apply.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse lifebook, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, exploitative, infringing, non-consensual intimate, or child sexual abuse/exploitation content.
- Do not use lifebook to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion through support. See Account Deletion for details.
Service changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Lifebook. We will try to avoid disruptions, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Lifebook is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law.
